What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
It depends on the total weights of the items you ordered.
NOTE:
If you are requested to pay any extra fee upon delivery, it will be tax or additional shipping service fee.
Tax: We declare low value, 10-20usd, for an item to avoid tax. However, tax may still occur if you are from Europe, Canada, California of the US, etc. Please understand if tax occur, it will be buyer's responsibility to pay.
Additional shipping service fee: Some of the shipping service we use will deliver a package to your door. When you are not at home, they usually will try again the next business day or leave a notice for you to call. However, if delivery fails for several times, they may charge extra for redelivery service.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept PayPal payment in our online shop. You can also pay with your Debit or Credit Card via PayPal without PayPal account.
How long will delivery take?
Usually it takes 1-3 days ( or 7-10 days for the Custom Handmade items) process your order of order printing, inspection, packing. And it takes 1-3 days to send your order to the shipping company.
Shipping takes 3-9 days to most locations by Expedited Shipping method and 9-15 days by Standard Shipping method. Busy season from Nov to Dec, delivery will postpone 4-5 days.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Usually after your order placed, we will received the order information and pass it to fullfillment team.
They will pick up your ordered items from warehouse, inspect the quality, packed it as order advised.
Packed products will be send to forward and assorted by different carrier, destination. We will get a tracking No and send it to you by email.
Same carrier and destination package will packed into pallet ,send to airport and transfer to the right local carrier to delivery.
If some products in your order are out of stock, we will send you email and advise you when they will available in 1-2 days.
How do I track my order?
We will update your order status and send you the tracking number and tracking site once your order is shipped out.
How to wash the kigurumi
- Hand wash or gentle machine wash.
- Air dry. This is the most important tip for fleece onesies.
- Max.140 °C / 300 °F ironing temperature.
